First Course

Arroz de Marisco – Traditional Portuguese fish stew made with tomato, bell peppers, smoked paprika, fresh herbs, sea bass and rice served with rustic bread.

Wine: Esporao Colheta Branco

Second Course

Piri Piri Chicken – Char-grilled chicken thigh marinated with African bird’s eye chili pepper and fresh lime marinated, finished with cilantro garlic oil, served on a fried parsley potato cake.

Wine: Esporao Reserva Branco

Third Course

Caldo Verde – traditional portuguese soup made with fresh kale, potatoes, onions and chourico (portuguese sausage) in a rich homemade veal stock.

Wine: Monte Velho Red Blend

Fourth Course

Braised Beef – Pulled Portuguese spiced braised tri tip topped with pear onion and blackberry compote and served on truffle white bean puree.

Wines: Assobio Red
Esporao Reserva Tinto

Fifth Course

Pastel de Nata – Homemade custard tart drizzled with salted caramel and powdered sugar.

Porto Barros Tawny Port
