Featuring foods and wines from Spain

First Course

Mariscos Gazpacho

Cold tomato based soup with Spanish octopus, squid and baby scallops and cucumber, green bell pepper, garlic, olive oil and croutons.

Wine: Mira Mi - Brut Cava

Second Course

Tortilla Española con Jamón – Egg omelette with diced fried potatoes, green onion, ham and Manchego cheese.

Wine: Volver Paso a Paso - organic Verdejo

Third Course

Fabada Astruiana – Hearty Spanish stew of large white beans, pork belly and chorizo seasoned with a hint of saffron and served with fresh crusty bread.

Wine: Capcanes Más Donis - Red Blend (Garnatxa Syrah)

Fourth Course

Valencian Paella – Traditional Spanish dish made with bomba rice, chicken, rabbit and shrimp, with green beans, tomato, rosemary and saffron.

Wines: Hazaña Rioja VV - Tempranillo &
Castaño Sol Anera - Red Blend (Monastrel Cabernet Garnacha Tintorera)

Fifth Course

Churros – Long fried dough fritters topped with sugar and caramel sauce.
