Kavoúri Keftéthes – Crab CakesWild-caught crab meat baked to perfection. Served with lemon caper aioli and fresh lemon.
Kóta Keftéthes – Chicken MeatballsA perennial favorite! All natural and local ground chicken seasoned with spinach, honey, and feta cheese then smothered in a parmesan black pepper cream sauce.
Shrimp SaganákiSautéed shrimp in an herb roasted tomato sauce covered with grilled kasseri cheese served flambé with warm pita bread and fresh lemon.
Lamb ChopsPetite lamb t-bone chops seasoned to perfection and grilled to order in our kitchen. Finished with a rosemary whipped butter and grilled scallions then served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Blackened Shrimp AlfredoJumbo shrimp sautéed with spinach and basil in a house-made roasted garlic Alfredo Sauce. Served over pappardelle pasta finished with parmesan cheese and fresh diced tomato.
Grilled RibeyeRibeye steak grilled to order and topped with a rosemary mushroom demiglace. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and butter braised green beans.
Duck ConfítBraised, pulled duck topped with cranberry, fig, pearl onion, and muscat wine sauce. Served with spinach and mushroom risotto.
Alaskan HalibutOven-baked Alaskan halibut filet topped with brown butter and served with herbed rice and grilled asparagus.
Kóta Riganáti – Oregano Chicken
Fresh chicken thighs, marinated with garlic and fresh oregano and roasted to perfection in our kitchens. Topped with green onion, avgolemono cream sauce, and finished with feta cheese. Served with spinach and herbed orzo pasta.
Kóta Keftéthes Makarónia – Chicken Meatball Pasta
All natural and local ground chicken seasoned with spinach, honey, and feta cheese nestled on a bed of fettuccini and smothered in a parmesan black pepper cream sauce. Served with garlic bread.
